This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is very convenient, just a stone's throw away from the Airport bus stop at Praça República and very close to the subway. The staff provides excellent service and the basic amenities in the rooms, including a TV set, ensure a comfortable stay. The breakfast is also a pleasant addition with a variety of options available.
No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

It is situated in the gay prostitution street of Sao Paulo, at night it was better not walking outside (dangerous place), no hot water shower

The location is very convenient since it is found at a wlaking distance from the old part ( around 500 meters ) and near to the Paulista Avenue ( around 1 km). The hotel is comfortable, neat and quiet. I rely reccomend it.

The hotel's location was perfect - it was very close to the airport bus stop and the metro station, making it easy to travel around the city. The breakfast was also a highlight - there was a good variety of food and the staff was very friendly. Additionally, the room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities.
The size of the room was a bit small, but it wasn't a big issue as it is common in hotels at this price point in the city. However, the shower was inconvenient - the door opened inwards, making it difficult to move around and the shower head was fixed, resulting in blasting of scolding or freezing water. it was a good stay and value for the money.

That is is 50mtrs from the airportbus-stop and that they gave me a nice doubleroom although I booked -and paid-for a single.
I didn't like the neighbourhood and the terrible noise at night (friday).

The hotel is old and dirty. It is falling apart. Many things around the hotel and in the room are just broken.

As I arrived at Repblica<very dangerous area> very late at night. I stayed for only one night .This hotel is very close to Airport Bus Station.
This is "Park" hotel, not "Apart" Hotel. Single room is very small, but if you only sleep for a night, it is OK.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in downtown São Paulo. The location was excellent, being very close to the subway and the Airport bus stop at Praça República. This made it extremely convenient for exploring the city and getting to and from the airport. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised by the attentive and friendly staff who provided excellent service throughout my stay. The hotel also had basic amenities such as a TV set in the rooms, which added to the overall comfort. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious and a great way to start the day.
The rooms had comfortable beds and decent facilities, but there was one aspect that could be improved upon.

The hotel has a good breakfast selection and housekeeping service was good. the location is convenient as it is close to public transportation and a bank.
The neighborhood is sketchy at night, and the hotel is clearly in need of renovations. the rooms are small and some facilities, such as the elevators, are insufficient for the number of guests.

The hotel is located in a prime spot, close to the Metro, which made my stay more convenient. Additionally, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, allowing me to store my luggage after check-out and providing me with space to use the internet. The cleanliness of the hotel was commendable, and breakfast was satisfying.
Cannot find any fault. This hotel provided a comfortable stay in a convenient location.
